The process is a challenge. I like how it is presented that it may take some time, and you don’t have to be perfect. There are a lot of things affecting your life and it will be a process to get to know yourself deeper in each area as you go through the journey.

They say if you want something different, you have to do something different. Well, if you want something BETTER (and not just different), you will want to do the things that will make YOU BETTER.
