So, as a reluctant leader, I'd have to talk with the poor performers on my team. You know the drill. I'd invite them into my office, have them close the door and then take a seat across the desk from me. How long are each of the sessions? +

Each session is schedule from 11:34 AM CT to 12:45 PM CT.

There will be about 50-60 minutes of content with time left for questions at the end.
